An Open world Action adventure combining exploration with puzzles and dynamic combat. Go on a journey across a sprawling continent as Kaku, a boy tasked to restore balance to the land. Brave the four elemental regions with the help of Piggy, his powerful companion and conquer their lords.

New version adds the ability to toggle erection and scale up or down his penis and balls. There is no way to save that data so you would have to set this up again when you start the game. (video)
To toggle erection press Backspace
To scale the penis or balls you need to press the + or - on your numpad (press not hold).
When pressing the + or - keys hold down the 0 on the numpad to scale the balls and a value from 1-9 (also on the numpad) to change how much you want it to scale.
Installation
Since the game files are encrypted and signed the only way I found to load the mods is to use Unreal Mod Unlocker. It's a .dll file that allows you to load loose files into the game. To get it you can either download the version I compiled from the download below, get the source code from the creators GitHub and compile it yourself, or go to their patreon and pay for the premium version (which you don't need but if you want to support the creator then go for it).
To install the mods just drop all the files into the game folder.

- No skirt and belt (without the belt his slingshot just hangs in the air and you can see the line where the markings on his body end so if that bothers you, don't use this version)
